Workplace Stressors: Causes of stress in the workplace include long hours, lack of training and feedback, poor communication, limited opportunities, poor relationships with colleagues, and workplace bullying.

Personal Stressors: Outside of work, stress can be triggered by pressures such as financial difficulties, social pressures, conflicts, frustrations, insecurities, threats, fears, bullying, relocation, job changes, health issues, and bereavement.
